Should We Judge Others?
Without question, Matthew 7:1 is one of the most well-known and often quoted verses from the Bible in the twenty-first century, “Do not judge, so that you won’t be judged.” People who know little of the Bible’s content know this verse. Although this verse is often quoted, it is often misunderstood and misapplied. Does Jesus mean we are never to be discerning, to evaluate someone’s actions, or to judge someone’s behavior?
