Were You Happy When The New Priest Came To Town?

We continue in Hebrews and look at chapters 9 and 10. It was necessary to replace the failed ancient covenant of law and sacrifice. A new and lasting peace between God and humans has now been established through the perfect priesthood and sacrifice of Jesus. The ancient covenant was only a shadow of the actual reconciliation that Jesus had accomplished. Because of people's disobedience, it failed. The foundation of the new covenant is grace—God's undeserved pardon. Thank you for joining us at Cross Waves Church.
