Now Jesus and the Disciples are returning back to their home base in Capernaum, a boat ride of about four to five miles. This is the afternoon of the day following the miraculous “picnic”. At the same time, the people who were fed yesterday have interrupted their trip to the Passover in Jerusalem to seek more handouts from Jesus. Jesus uses the feed of the 5000 men to explain a deeper revelation of who Jesus is, the Bread of Life, the One who give eternal life. Thank you for joining us at Cross Waves Church.
